1. Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may extend.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier. Once your package is in transit, delays caused by the carrier are outside our control.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but claimed as missing. Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.
2. Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products — especially hair extensions and personal-use items — we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of hygiene and product integrity.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review your claim and determine whether a replacement or store credit will be issued.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not begun processing. After processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
3. Class Purchases – Non-Refundable & Transfer Policy
Non-Refundable Purchases
All class, workshop, and education program purchases are strictly non-refundable. Once a class seat is reserved, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
Class Transfers
Students may request a transfer to a future class date for a $200 transfer fee, provided the request is made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled class.
Transfer requests made within 30 days of the class date are not eligible for transfer.
Only one transfer per enrollment is allowed.
Transfer fees must be paid in full before the new class date is confirmed.

Proper care is essential to maintain hair quality. We provide recommended care guidelines, and failure to follow them may result in tangling, shedding, dryness, or color fading.
Color Variations
Each batch of extensions may vary slightly in tone or texture. These variations are normal and not considered defects.
Liability Limitations
We are not responsible for damage resulting from:
improper installation
chemical services
heat damage
use of non-professional products
water exposure (pools, oceans, hard water, etc.)
failure to follow maintenance guidelines
Professional Use Recommended
We strongly recommend installation and adjustments by a licensed professional to ensure proper application and hair health.
